The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. Our room was next to the elevator, but we heard nothing. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was substantial.

We were so happy we found this gem. Limited parking. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Book a stay. The room was dirty, and there was food in the fridge from previous guests. The bathroom was infested with roaches.

The keys didn't unlock any of the exterior doors. Don't stay here. There was no hot water for showers. Find another place to stay. The price was right. The breakfast area was clean and sanitized.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the employees were friendly. Great location. The hotel was perfect, but I wish the bathroom had been larger. It was old and needed repairs, and there was hair in the shower. The hotel clerk was efficient, but he wasn't friendly. The room was more than adequate, though the bathroom needed some sprucing up.

Nice staff and good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and clean, but the heater was too loud. Front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, and the attendant was helpful. I'd stay again. The beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. This is a nice choice. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Nice hotel stay. I liked the room, but it was cold and didn't have any extra pillows.

The bathtub was too high and hard to get into for older people. The manager was excellent. Good coffee bar and TV room. We'd stay here again. The staff was courteous.

I had a great time. The motel was conveniently located. No hot breakfast because of Covid; just coffee, muffin, breakfast bar and bottled water. The motel was clean, though there was some mold on the shower ceiling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. My friend stayed in the car while I stayed in the room. I informed the staff, but wasn't happy that they provided him a room key without getting his ID or checking with me.

They even put balloons in the room for my husband's 40th birthday. It was affordable and clean, and there were convenient parking spaces right outside the door. The night clerk was kind enough to bring a cup of milk to our room. Breakfast was good and hot. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was good. Clean hotel with comfortable beds. The rates were a bit high, but it was worth it. Good breakfast bar. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Just a mile from restaurants and less than 4 miles from Biltmore Estate. The people in the room above ours stomped around all night, so we had to keep the TV on all night to block out the sound. The pool was empty, and there was no whirlpool available.

The hot breakfast buffet was only available on weekends. The room was a little stuffy, and nothing happened when we pushed the fan button on the AC. It was old, and the room was smaller and not as nice as other Springhill Suites I've stayed in. The bedding felt old, and the amenities were poor. Not a good value. I wouldn't stay again.

The employees were friendly. You'll enjoy your stay. The room wasn't large, but it was laid out well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool would be great in summer, and the lobby bar was a lot of fun. The pool table was a nice touch. This was the most pet-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in; there were dogs everywhere. This was our 2nd stay here, and we had another good experience. The staff was highly attentive. If you're looking for a quiet Asheville experience, this hotel may not be for you.

Amazing hotel with lots of activity and excellent personnel. It was quite pet-friendly and had great amenities. I loved the open space in the lobby. Not suitable for people wanting peace and quiet. Convenient to good restaurants. We loved the architecture and the cutting-edge features of the room and lobby.

The hotel staff was friendly and non-patronizing. The garage only had a 7-foot clearance, so we had to remove the racks from our commercial van to enter. The hotel was convenient to the VA hospital. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice enclosed pool and whirlpool with a view of the outdoor seating area and fire pit.

I'll be back. Staff was courteous and friendly. Great overall experience. I also want to highlight their rewards program. Be sure to check that. Please allow HotelGuides to use your current location.
